The Land Use and Development Committee endeavors to implement the development guidelines established in the
Broad Ripple Village Plan (adopted by the Department of Metropolitan Development in November 2012) and submits recommendations to the BRVA board and Department of Metropolitan Development regarding zoning and planning issues and local and state boards and commissions regarding the issuance of alcoholic beverage permits.

III. Petitioner Presentations 

A. 927/929 Westfield Boulevard, John Pantzer regarding an update on the proposal to re-establish this property for use. (6:05-6:25 p.m.)

B. 6167 Guilford Avenue, Chris Hall regarding the rezoning of 0.2 acre from the SU-1 district to the D-5 district. Case number 2017-ZON-062 Hearing Thursday, October 12, 2017 (6:25-6:45 p.m.)

C. 1428-1430 Broad Ripple Avenue, Sam Zinkan, Joe Zinkan, David Toth, Garrett Lawton, Diane Johnson, Steve Zinkan regarding zoning changes for the redevelopment of this property to commercial and residential uses. Case number 2017-ZON-067 (6:45-7:05 p.m.)
