The Land Use and Development Committee endeavors to implement the development guidelines established in the
Broad Ripple Village Plan (adopted by the Department of Metropolitan Development in November 2012) and submits recommendations to the BRVA board and Department of Metropolitan Development regarding zoning and planning issues and local and state boards and commissions regarding the issuance of alcoholic beverage permits.

III. Petitioner Presentations 

A. 6173 College Avenue, Stacy Boggs regarding a variance of use to provide for a hair and nail salon (not permitted) in an existing building. Petition #2018-UV2-018 Hearing continued to Sept. 11, 2018 (6:05-6:25)

B. 818 Broad Ripple Avenue, Colleen Fanning, BRVA Executive Director, regarding the new location of the BRVA office. (6:25-6:35)
