Land Use and Development Committee Meeting

The Land Use and Development Committee endeavors to implement the development guidelines established in the
Broad Ripple Village Plan (adopted by the Department of Metropolitan Development in November 2012) and submits recommendations to the BRVA board and Department of Metropolitan Development regarding zoning and planning issues and local and state boards and commissions regarding the issuance of alcoholic beverage permits.

III. Petitioner Presentations 

A. 6173 College Avenue, Kristin and Mark Dutton regarding a variance of use to provide for a law office with deficient off-street parking (three spaces required). Case number 2019-UV2-004 Hearing Tuesday, March 12. 2019 at 1:00 p.m.

B. 804 East Laverock Road, Justin Kingen representing Metazoa Brewing Company for a rezoning and variance. For information only.
