Land Use and Development Committee Meeting

The Land Use and Development Committee endeavors to implement the development guidelines established in the Broad Ripple Village Plan (adopted by the Department of Metropolitan Development in November 2012) and submits recommendations to the BRVA board and Department of Metropolitan Development regarding zoning and planning issues and local and state boards and commissions regarding the issuance of alcoholic beverage permits.

III. Petitioner Presentations 

A. Petitioner Presentation 6407-6419 Ferguson St., Misha Rabinowitch from Wooden McLaughlin with a Variance of Development Standards request to provide for 74 parking spaces and parking within the right-of-way, to permit development of an office building. Case #2020-DV1-021 (6:10-6:30 p.m.)
