The Land Use and Development Committee endeavors to implement the development guidelines established in the
Broad Ripple Village Plan (adopted by the Department of Metropolitan Development in November 2012) and submits recommendations to the BRVA board and Department of Metropolitan Development regarding zoning and planning issues and local and state boards and commissions regarding the issuance of alcoholic beverage permits.

IV. Presentations 
  • 6230 and 6280 N. College Ave., - Purdue Polytechnic High School/mixed-use project - Keystone Group for a vote on their petitions to rezone 1.62 acres from the C-1 and C4 districts to the MU-2 district and for a variance of development standards to provide for a commercial building with a zero-foot front yard setback, proposed 65-foot building height with a 10-foot extension for elevator/stairwell shafts and a special exception to legally establish an existing parking garage in the MU-2 district. Case #2021-CZN-804 and #2021-CVR-804(A) and (B). (6:10-6:30 p.m.)
  • 6108 Carvel Ave. - Monon Court project - Brett Davis and Chris Mulloy with Buckingham for an information-only presentation. (6:30-6:50 p.m.)
