The Land Use and Development Committee endeavors to implement the development guidelines established in the
Broad Ripple Village Plan (adopted by the Department of Metropolitan Development in November 2012) and submits recommendations to the BRVA board and Department of Metropolitan Development regarding zoning and planning issues and local and state boards and commissions regarding the issuance of alcoholic beverage permits.

Approval of the previous minutes (6:05-6:10 p.m.) 
 
Presentations 
  • 925 E. Westfield Blvd., BR East End LLC – John Pantzer and Michael Cranfill regarding a new alcohol permit application (6:10-6:30 p.m.)
  • 6320 Ferguson St., Lou Malnati's Pizzeria – Mark Demerly, Brian Tuohy, and Sasha Milosavljevich requesting a vote on the Variance of Development Standards and Variance of Use petitions filed for this project. Case #2021- UV2 -016 (6:30-6:50 p.m.)
  • 831 Broad Ripple Avenue, Kilroy’s – Rod Collier, Paul Murzyn and Jade Abel with updated plans for the project at this location (6:50-7:10 p.m.)
