The Land Use and Development Committee endeavors to implement the development guidelines established in the
Broad Ripple Village Plan (adopted by the Department of Metropolitan Development in November 2012) and submits recommendations to the BRVA board and Department of Metropolitan Development regarding zoning and planning issues and local and state boards and commissions regarding the issuance of alcoholic beverage permits.

  • 6320 Ferguson St., Lou Malnati's Pizzeria – Mark Demerly and John Moore with an updated presentation and request for a vote on the Variance of Development Standards and Variance of Use petitions filed for this project. Case #2021- UV2 -016 – Hearing Date: October 12, 2021 (6:10-6:30 p.m.)
  • 6333 Washington Blvd. – David Kingen and Emily Duncan with a request for a vote on a Variance of Development Standards petition to provide for a 24-foot tall accessory building to exceed the height of the primary dwelling. Case #2021-DV1-063 – Hearing Date: October 5, 2021 (6:30-6:50 p.m.)
  • RiverWalk and Broad Ripple Avenue projects - Tom Healy with updates. (6:50-7:10 p.m.)
