The Land Use and Development Committee endeavors to implement the development guidelines established in the
Broad Ripple Village Plan (adopted by the Department of Metropolitan Development in November 2012) and submits recommendations to the BRVA board and Department of Metropolitan Development regarding zoning and planning issues and local and state boards and commissions regarding the issuance of alcoholic beverage permits.

Approval of the previous minutes (6:05-6:10 p.m.) 
  • 1919 Broad Ripple Avenue, Mybroadripplerental, Inc. – Russell Brown and Steve Huffer with a presentation and request for a vote on a petition filed for a Variance of Use of the Consolidated Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance, to provide for a professional office use. Case #2021-UV1-031 – Hearing Date: November 2, 2021
