The Land Use and Development Committee endeavors to implement the development guidelines established in the
Broad Ripple Village Plan (adopted by the Department of Metropolitan Development in November 2012) and submits recommendations to the BRVA board and Department of Metropolitan Development regarding zoning and planning issues and local and state boards and commissions regarding the issuance of alcoholic beverage permits.

  • 6511 Ferguson Street (Create Art Studio) - Misha Rabinowitch of Dinsmore & Shohl is representing Lone Wolf Properties LLC, operating as Create Art Studio, and will be presenting on their behalf. The petitioner is requesting (1) to rezone the property to the C-3 district, and (2) a variance to allow a second-floor residential space of 650 square feet. Petitioner has appeared before the Land Use & Development Committee once before. Hearing Date: 10/24/24; Permit # - n/a
